Sebastien Blayac (France) - Programmer
Was born in france. He holds a bachelor's degree in Film and Audiovisual Studies from the University of Montpellier III, and a master's degree in Cinematographic Arts and Heritage from the University of Paris VIII. He collaborated in different film festivals in France (International Mediterranean Film Festival of Montpellier and Biarritz Festival, among others), to later settle in Mexico and write his thesis on Mexican cinema (“Mexican Cinema and New Cinema: Perspectives of a cinematographic heritage ”). She later worked on the programming of the International Contemporary Film Festival of Mexico City (FICCO, 2009), was a production assistant on the feature film El Premio (2010) by Paula Markovitch, and taught classes at the Center for Cinematographic Training (CCC). . Since its foundation in 2011, Sébastien has been a programmer for the UNAM International Film Festival (FICUNAM), and since 2012 he has worked in the programming department and selection committee of the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM). He has also been a programmer for the Festival del Puerto since 2016.
Miguel Moulet (Peru) - Director

Dina Naser (Jordan) - Documentary Director
