Sebastien Blayac (France) - Programmer 

Was born in france. He holds a bachelor's degree in Film and Audiovisual Studies from the University of Montpellier III, and a master's degree in Cinematographic Arts and Heritage from the University of Paris VIII. He collaborated in different film festivals in France (International Mediterranean Film Festival of Montpellier and Biarritz Festival, among others), to later settle in Mexico and write his thesis on Mexican cinema (“Mexican Cinema and New Cinema: Perspectives of a cinematographic heritage ”). She later worked on the programming of the International Contemporary Film Festival of Mexico City (FICCO, 2009), was a production assistant on the feature film El Premio (2010) by Paula Markovitch, and taught classes at the Center for Cinematographic Training (CCC). . Since its foundation in 2011, Sébastien has been a programmer for the UNAM International Film Festival (FICUNAM), and since 2012 he has worked in the programming department and selection committee of the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM). He has also been a programmer for the Festival del Puerto since 2016.


Miguel Moulet (Peru) - Director

Born in Peru, he is a producer, screenwriter and director. He graduated from the Script Chair at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión de San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. Su short film Los Anfitriones won the 3rd Prize of the Cinéfondation of the Festival of
Cannes. His debut feature Todos Somos Sailors has participated in international festivals such as 48 International Film Festival Rotterdam, 41 Moscow International Film Festival, 31 Rencontres de Toulouse (Prix FIPRESCI), entre_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_others. To be filmed between Peru and Japan, he is currently working on the pre-production of his second feature film: El Día del Pez.

Marité Ugas (Peru) - Director

Born in Lima, Peru. With his company SUDACA FILMS he directs, writes and produces internationally awarded films .
