Warsaw, 1975. Kapuscinski is an experienced journalist. He is a fervent defender of lost causes and revolutions. At the Polish press agency, he convinces his superiors to send him to Angola. The country is in a bloody civil war for its independence. Kapuscinski then embarks on a suicidal journey into the heart of the conflict. Once again, he witnesses the harsh reality of war and discovers the feeling of helplessness. Angola will change him forever.
