Synopsis

Villa Rodrigo Bueno is located on the most expensive and coveted land in the City of Buenos Aires. In four blocks of precarious constructions, a thousand families live together. Luis, a Peruvian immigrant, becomes a neighborhood delegate and leads the fight for urbanization.
