Executive reconocida with 25 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. He was the manager of programming, fiction, acquisitions and international sales of Frequency Latina, an important Peruvian television channel.
He was responsible for the production of more than 40 series and novels, participating in international fairs and standing out for the success of the selected products that reached high levels of qualification.
He was a Juror of the Emmy Awards, the Platinum Awards, the ANDA Awards and the SWA Series Web Award, and a Member of the FIVB-Switzerland TV and New Media Commission from 2012 to 2016.
She is currently Associate General Manager of Tondero Distribution / Amazonas Films, a company of local and international distribution of films and differentiated content, business generation and international co-productions.
Milos Lochmann

Miloš Lochman (* 1964, Brno, Czechoslovakia) graduated from VUT Brno and spent 2 years studying production and documentary at FAMU in Prague. His films have been screened at major festivals such as Cannes, Rotterdam or Karlovy Vary, winning 7 Czech Academy Awards and dozens of international festival awards.
Miloš is a member of ACE Producers, the Czech Academy of Film and Television, and the European Film Academy.

He studied Executive Production at EICTV (Cuba) and at the Film Business School in Lubeck (Germany). He made series for Once TV and the BBC in London. He has participated in the production of fiction short films and feature films both in Mexico and in Spain. He received the Clermont Ferrand award, a nomination for the Goya Awards and the Golden Camera of Cannes for the film "Allende my grandfather Allende"
He has taught production classes at the Film Institute in Madrid and at the Complutense University. Since 2008, he coordinates the documentary area at the Mexico Cinematographic Training Center.
He currently directs two documentary production companies: Martfilms and Ciénaga Docs, in addition to teaching production classes at the CUEC (University Center for Cinematographic Studies) and collaborating with the production chair of the EICTV of Cuba. Creative Director of New Looks.
