Synopsis

Slovenia, 2009. The economic crisis has just started and many people have lost their jobs. Alija Bašić, one of the many migrant workers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, works for a mining company that is laying off its employees and selling its assets. Alija is sent to check out one of the mines closed after World War II and write a report on its condition. But when she enters the shaft, Alija discovers that the darkness of the mine hides a dangerous secret.
